ART Trauma Therapy Program Gilbert, Accelerated Resolution

Participants learn to "program out" the distressing physical and emotional sensations associated with trauma using a highly structured, directive approach. Unlike traditional therapies that require months of verbal processing, ART utilizes Voluntary Memory Replacement and Voluntary Image Rescripting, where individuals learn to keep the factual knowledge of the trauma while replacing the intrusive, painful mental images with more neutral or positive visualizations. Participants master the skill of "smooth pursuit" eye movements to facilitate rapid desensitization of traumatic memories, effectively decoupling the physiological "fight-or-flight" response from the memory itself. By the end of the bootcamp, individuals are equipped to view the traumatic events as part of their history without experiencing the debilitating "mind movies" or somatic flooding that previously hindered their recovery.

Golden Hour Counseling offers bootcamps ranging from 3-8 hours depending on client's needs and availability on Mondays and Fridays. Bootcamps are billed at $150 per hour with the minimum bootcamp being 3 hours. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
